Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead Generation:
- Utilize various channels to identify and generate leads interested in grid-connected solar solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted campaigns and outreach strategies.
- Customer Engagement:
- Initiate and maintain effective communication with potential customers.
- Conduct initial consultations to understand customer requirements and educate them on grid-connected solar solutions.
- Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on the latest solar technologies and products offered by Riverside Energy Systems.
- Communicate effectively about the features, benefits, and advantages of grid-connected solar solutions.
- Solution Recommendation:
- Submit information gathered to the DAN team for a proposal to be generated.
- Propose a customized solar solution to clients.
- Clearly communicate the value proposition and return on investment of the recommended solutions.
- Sales Process Management:
- Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract signing.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to closing the sale.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Provide ongoing support and communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.
- Provide feedback to the leadership team for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on rebates and funding opportunities.
- Metrics and Reporting:
- Track and report key sales metrics, including lead conversion rates, sales pipeline, and revenue forecasts.
- Report to the sales manager as required.
- Use data to identify areas for improvement and optimize the sales process.

Working Conditions
- Location: Kamloops, BC
- Hours of Work: Typically Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, with occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
