Job Duties & Responsibilities
Financial Management & Reporting:
● Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
● Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure efficiency and compliance.
● Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
● Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to management.
Cash Flow & Compliance:
● Manage cash flow, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions.
● Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audits, and financial reporting requirements.
● Liaise with external auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies as needed.
Strategic Financial Planning:
● Collaborate with department heads to optimize financial planning and cost control.
● Identify opportunities for financial process improvements and cost savings.
● Support executive decision-making with data-driven financial insights.

Required Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
● 5+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in a similar industry.
● Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
● Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
● Experience managing financial teams or functions.
Preferred Qualifications
● CPA designation
● Experience in the renewable energy or construction industry.
● Familiarity with financial forecasting and cost-control methodologies.
Working Conditions
● Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, standard business hours, with flexibility as required.
● Compensation: 90,000 - 110,000 starting salary. This allows room for growth within the company.
